Description : IPAF envisions bringing national, international, upcoming and special artists, who perform Indian classical/ folk music or dance art forms and provide them with a platform where they can help us promote our culture and heritage in India and abroad. ‘International Performing Arts Festival’ (“IPAF”) is being organized at Lucknow on 14th November 2016 at U.
